AFTER-SALE SERVICE
  • 1) The second party shall provide a one-year warranty service for the suppliedequipment, starting from the date of installation and commissioning completion andacceptance by both parties.
  • 2) During the warranty period, if any product malfunctions or damages occur due to nonhuman error, Party B shall provide free repair services to Party A.
  • 3) The second party shall respond within 4 hours upon receiving the repair call from thefirst party and propose a solution. If the issue cannot be resolved through telephonecommunication, the second party shall arrive at the site within 48 hours.
  • 4) After the warranty period expires, Party B shall provide free technical guidance toParty A and charge corresponding fees for replacing and repairing parts.
  • 5) The second party shall provide operation and maintenance related materials to thefirst party, ensuring that the personnel of the first party can independently operate, use, andperform daily maintenance.
